Ohioans_Against_Common_CoreHere is the latest update from OhioansAgainstCommonCore.com (OACC).

Calls are needed this week to Education Chairman Stebelton’s office! Last week there was a sponsor hearing in Columbus on legislation to help stop Common Core in Ohio. Attendance was “out the door.”

From the latest OACC post, “Stebelton Jumps the Shark and Leaves Town,”

We would dare say that Wednesday’s sponsor hearing was one of the largest of record and no doubt the source for the Chairman’s distasteful behavior and conveniently planned vacation next week. With Room 313 maxed at 175, the overflow maxed at 75 and 8 sent to the basement – this even after a time change from 5:00 to 3:00 pm – we don’t know how long the Chairman and his cohorts think they can deny our existence and growing numbers. The house of cards is falling and many in the Ohio House will be found amongst the rubble, and deservingly so. Hasten the process by joining in effort below.

KEEP UP THE CALLS. STEBELTON’S OFFICE HAD OVER 300 FRIDAY AND STOPPED ANSWERING THE PHONE. SPEAKER BATCHELDER’S OFFICE INTERVENED, TAKING NAMES AND NUMBERS OF THOSE IGNORED BY THE CHAIRMAN. CALL ALL FOUR OFFICES BELOW AND DEMAND PROPONENT HEARINGS!
